Boxing teaches you to rely on yourself, to value the input of others, and most importantly to respect both your skills and those of others. You will develop a level of self-confidence that you will carry with you for the rest of your life.

Boxing Tips


bullet point When searching for a boxing club to learn hand strikes and defense, make sure the club is registered with USA Boxing.
bullet point Make sure the boxing club is a competitive club. This means they are competing through and are sanctioned by USA Boxing.
bullet point Check the results of the boxers past winnings. Though it’s not the most important statistic, it will be a good indication of proper teaching.
